Each circuit is contained within a light-weight, space-saving acrylic manifold where all the interconnections between the valves and controls are machined with each connection and valve interface identified by silk screening for ease of installation. The spaghetti-free multi-layer crystal-clear manifolds provide the end user with both greatly reduced assembly times and significant price savings over conventional manifolds where quantities in excess of 10 circuit manifolds are required.
Illustrated is a 47-station circuit manifold that incorporates 40 single solenoid 3/2 valves, 5 needle valves and 2 flow regulators.
The two banks of solenoid valves are switched from mainline pressure to vacuum supply.
The West Group can provide Acrylic Circuit Manifolds compatible to interface with all leading suppliers of sub-base mounted valves.
The product has the advantage of being corrosion proof and ideally suited to installations where cleanliness is a consideration.
Brass inserts are moulded within the circuit manifold to facilitate threaded valve mounting screws and port tappings.
