Capstone International Corporation recently announced that, through the assistance of First National Power, it has finalized its agreement with inventor Alvin Snaper of Impactive Technology, Inc. to "transfer all of the technology and all rights to use, manufacture and market the proprietary technology under development described as the propless wind power generator [(PWPG)]."

According to Capstone, Snaper has been engaged in scientific research and the development of products and processes for over 30 years and holds about 600 patents for significant industrial products.

Capstone said Snaper, who will chair the company's Technology Advisory Board, will "continue to develop the PWPG to economic completion, transfer all patent rights to Capstone and assist Capstone in its filing of any and all additional patent information."
